What happens when the trial ends?

Nothing is deleted and nothing stops working. You keep trading, keep your products and keep getting paid into your own Stripe — customers follow their order on a link instead of getting a text. Add a card whenever you like.

Do you take a cut of my sales?

No. Card payments go directly into your own Stripe account, which charges its own processing fee. We never hold your money, so there is nothing for us to take a percentage of.

Why are texts limited?

Because every one costs real money to send, and it is the only part of this that does. The tiers differ on texting and on the work a business does for other people — not on how much of the product you are allowed to use on the day.

Who counts as a user?

Anyone on your team who signs in to sell or make — each gets their own code on the till. You do not count against it: running your own account is not a seat. If you already have more people than a plan allows, nobody is locked out; you just cannot add another until you move up.

Do I need to buy hardware from you?

No, and we do not sell any. It runs in a browser on the tablet, phone or laptop you already have, and works with a Stripe card reader if you want to take cards in person. Letting customers order themselves means putting one of your own devices on the counter.

What counts as a trade?

Embroidery, engraving, printing — the thing you make. Your first one is included on every plan, because charging a business to use the only part that describes what it does would be charging it to use the product. On Standard a second is $10 a month; Pro carries as many as you run, which is the point of it if you embroider on Saturday and cut on Sunday.

Try it at your next event, not at your kitchen table.

14 days is long enough to reach a real market with a real queue, which is the only test of this that counts.
